Terms and Conditions

Quality and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied or if the item has been damaged in shipping, we will make every effort to replace it. You may exchange the item or return it for credit with 15 days of receipt.

Please be aware that due to the handcrafted nature of our products colors and styles are all slightly different. If we cannot replace the item you originally ordered, we will credit your account the full price of the item.

We do not accept exchanges or returns on any used items. All exchanges and returns must be accompanied by all original documentation. Unique Glassworks will incur any return shipping charges per our shipping policy. All refunds will be normally processed the next business day after receipt of the returned item.

Free shipping either by USPS 2 Day, or UPS Ground if the article is too large for USPS.

Orders are normally shipped the next day.
